Thank you to everyone who came out Sunday to help us celebrate our annual 12-Days of Christmas CrossFit event, a tradition since 2009. This year’s turn out was the best ever! Our Dunbar location was packed solid!

Quicksilver & BFG held the fastest mixed couples time. Hard Rock & Thunder posted the record for the women’s pairs. The Touch & Dolly took the title for the men’s pairs.
