This workout is harder than it looks (Dave Castro is an evil genius). With such a low rep scheme it’s more about the combination of movements rather than total volume. Your score will be total reps and you will definitely get a good sweat as Badger would say. We look forward to seeing tomorrow in zoomland.

Towards the end of 2021, I committed to a new way of being for myself. My whole life I have strongly embraced and underdog mentality, and even taken the slightest injustice, negative comment, or doubt as fuel. I am an expert at proving the haters and the doubters wrong. But now I would rather show myself and the supporters that we are right.

It has being very interesting to try and shift to an internal focus during this time. Where there is so much out of my control that could be fantastic fuel. Instead of focusing on things you cannot control what is one thing you can do today to improve your families and love ones lives? It does not need to be a massive step. Just one thing you can control and you can do regardless of what is going on around you.
