Threw in laundry, did the dishes, posted pics to facebook, updated blog, had breakfast then walked Kaelin to school.

From there I walked to CrossFit.  Supposed to be a rest day but with Sunghee working and Kaelin at school, may as well WOD.  A gorgeous Vancouver day, I filmed an intro to the 21-Day Real Food Challenge on my way in.

2nd Event of the 2015 CrossFit Regionals: Tommy V

21 Thrusters @115#
12 Rope Climbs
15 Thrusters @115#
9 Rope Climbs
9 Thrusters @115#
6 Rope Climbs

I did rope climb 2-for-1’s and regretted it.  Blistered the skin off my hands, tore through my shoes, blistered my foot.  It was a long grueling lesson in suffering.  I finished around the 43 minute mark.  So much for the Regionals time cap of 16 minutes!

Returned home along Dunbar enjoying the summery weather.  Realized how tired I am and thought I should take a break this afternoon but I ended up getting caught up with work and by the time I remembered to relax it was 2pm.  A brief break then off to get Kaelin.  Back home he did homework, I did homework.  Then I cooked us some fish and made a trip to IGA.

Probably should have rested more.  Sunghee returned in time for bedtime.  She’s on set again tomorrow so another long busy day for us all tomorrow.

Today I logged and scored all my food and activities as we will do in the 21-Day challenge and created an informational introduction video to help everyone get an idea of how it will go.  Take a look.
