Hi folks! I won’t be seeing you this Thursday in the gym as I have headed south to visit family and take on a CrossFit Certification. Though I obtained my Level 2 back in 2016, it had expired and the only way to a Level 3 is with an active Level 2. At first this kind of made me grumpy. Ugh, why do I have to repeat this again. But after a 6 hour drive and time to think, I am looking forward to the review.  I enjoy learning different styles from other coaches, re-connecting with the CrossFit community and taking time to focus on what I love doing, coaching all you wonderful people!

Coach Hardrock will be in the gym this Thursday to guide you through this fast paced multi movement workout.  The goal will be the total amount of reps in 4 minutes over 4 rounds. Have fun with it!

Thursday Workout

Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
hang power cleans
shoulder-to-overheads
9 lateral burpees over the bar
12 pull-ups
*Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
