A blessed day off!  An unusual event, I was the last one to rise getting up a bit before 7am.  Felt well-rested:)

Cooked some breakfast, worked on my blog.  Then Sunghee & I walked Kaelin to school enjoying the lovely Vancouver morning.

From there we walked to CrossFit for our WOD.  My camera is becoming less dependable because for the third time in about 1 month I set it to record but got no video of our WOD:(  Sorry.

20 min AMRAP
2 Rope Climbs
10 Ring Dips
20 GHD sit Ups

I did 4 rope climbs per round to compensate for our short ropes.  My heart not really in it but a tough WOD anyhow.  5 rounds + 13 reps.

Sunghee caught the bus but I walked home along Dunbar eating 2 bananas  & drinking coconut water.

At home we had some time together before she left for set.  After her departure I had a flurry of activity including cooking twice.  Then I picked up Kaelin from school.

Had a relaxing evening.  Watched the season finale of Game of Thrones & Daredevil.  Then I mostly read as my book is due back to library tomorrow.  Sunghee got home early.  I was tired and already getting ready for bed.  Slept quickly & soundly.
