At first glance, this almost sounds demoralizing. Yet at the core of this statement is a cause that is pure: to put “first things first”.

A modern mantra of our lives is that “we can have it all”. Work, family, purpose, success, leisure time. We want all of it… at the same time… and right now.

The pitfall is not the act of having multiple wishes, but a lack of prioritization of them. In a world where it’s about the constant pursuit of more, we can lose ourselves in the fog. And where everything is important… nothing is important.

Take a moment to contemplate our priorities. Are we focused on the right things?

10 Med Ball Russian Twists

Finish:  200 m Over-Head Med Ball Carry or Plate Carry

WOD Notes:  Make contained station.  Modification for Wall Balls, if target not available is alternating single arm DB Thrusters.  Break up 50 push-ups and 50 DB Floor press into challenging sets to reach 50 of each movement, alternating between i.e. 5 push-ups/5 floor press x 10 sets.  Bear hug MB or plate for carry if overhead out.
