The CanWest Qualifiers caught us by surprise this year changing from March to January.

This doesn’t leave our competitors a lot of time to prepare but there are certain mindset pieces that we can absolutely practice in order to help you get your best results.

We will be offering a Saturday 11am training time for our registered CanWest hopefuls during which we’ll talk a bit about optimizing your mental prep, work on your conditioning, look at any skills that we can meaningfully refine in the weeks before the qualifiers, and we’ll practice our hustle with a few short competition-style WODs.

We won’t be adding a lot of volume at this stage and we won’t be doing in-depth technical clinics as planned.  We’ll save those pieces for our CanWest Games prep after you qualify.
