Make up days have proven popular with our Dunbar Street crew. An opportunity to catch up on a CrossFit WOD previously missed or to work on weaknesses.
Today folks chose between the 3 rep snatch, the Tabata WOD or the Dumbbell Snatch/OHS and L-Pull Up WOD. All good choices. And several people used the time to work weaknesses. As a coach it is actually very gratifying to see this weakness work paying off as our athletes get better at higher end skills. There were more than a few personal bests to celebrate today!
