Thursday will be clean and Jerk time. For those coming into the gym bring your coffee, dress warmly, and come with some great stories for the time between lifts.

We have options on today’s lifting day come in prepared to challenge these technical movements. With a squat or power clean, and a split or push jerk.  Which lift do you prefer the clean or the Jerk?

For Zoomers we may have you deviate from the rep scheme but it will still be a great day to pick things up and put them down again.
