This Saturday we have a couplet of deadlifts and push presses to work on. This is a very fast (5-minute) workout and both deadlifts and push presses are supposed to be moderately heavy. We pick weights that are challenging but still we can do unbroken sets.

In the open gym, we will do barbell deadlifts and dumbbell push presses. For the zoomers, we have the option of using a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, or an odd object for both movements.
