So Sunghee, Kaelin and I got to do this WOD together.  And that is a very rewarding thing to be able to do.  To share your passion for fitness with the people you love.  Life in Vancouver can be very fragmented: work, family, friends…where do you fit in fitness?  Where’s the balance?

But at Empower on Dunbar Street we have built a place where you can bring all those pieces together.   You can workout with friends and family everyday bringing cohesion and a sense of completeness to your life.  You don’t have to lead a fragmented existence.
