This Saturday you will take on a couplet of GHD sit-ups and DB snatches. GHD sit-ups are very taxing on the core, and therefore scaling down could be the right choice.

 

 

As always, you can substitute the GHD sit-ups with V-sit-ups or AbMat sit-ups. Try to do the V-sit-ups from the hollow position to make them more challenging.

 

 

 

Reduce the load of DB snatches to a weight that allows you to complete 10 unbroken reps when you are fresh.
