In 2021 we had an unprecedented 11 Empower members win the 20 in 2021 Unstoppable Challenge!  “So what?” you ask.  What’s the big deal?
Well, we often overestimate our positive habits.  Many members have told me that they easily average that many classes each month.  Until we start to track the data.  And then we find out their training actually fluctuates dramatically from one month to another.   Which doesn’t seem such a big deal until you understand that it is consistency over time that really yields results. 

Trust me, 12 consecutive months with this level of consistency is no easy feat.  It takes a real effort because life will always try to interfere.  So why bother?  What benefits will training 20 times per month every month for 12 months yield?  Don’t ask me, ask our recent Unstoppable challenge winners what benefits they derived from completing 12 consecutive months of consistent training.

As we dive into January and the first week of our 20 in 2022 Challenge (you have 25 days left to get your 20 workouts in), we have a unique situation:  Smash, HHH, Dauntless, Shades and Shine are positioned to become our first three-peaters scoring an Unstoppable Hat Trick!
