We had a great turnout on Dunbar Street this fine Vancouver morning as everyone came out to complete HeroWOD Helton before the rain arrived.
Just finishing this WOD within the time cap was an accomplishment in itself. Magnum, Dangers & Bruiser were all able to finish RX’d!
But you can bet it hurt!
