YogaFit (September Free Trial)
This class offers busy yogis and CrossFitters an opportunity to balance their practice without having to choose between intensity and restorative work. The first half of the class will be dedicated to the day’s workout; while it may be shortened at times, it will respect CrossFit’s emphasis on variety and intensity. This will be followed by a sequence of yoga postures targeting the areas stressed during the WOD, with a particular focus on back health and hip and shoulder flexibility.

CrossFit Empower Team
Last year our competitors averaged a 100 place improvement on the Regional Leaderboards. Encouraged by our success versus other local affiliates, this year we are going to add in some competition prep! This training session is open to all group class graduates, not only competitors. The WOD is not scored and will be done in teams. Good fun for everyone and a BBQ to follow.
Weekly Starting Saturday September 19th
Training 3-4:30pm, BBQ 4:30-6:00pm
No cost to CrossFit Empower members
Open to ages 8-12, no experience required. Come from school, get your WOD on and then get some homework done before Mom & Dad come pick you up.
