L-Pull Ups & Sit Ups. Another challenging Dunbar Street day with this CrossFit WOD. Another day of hammering that midline and increasing strict gymnastics strength! There were a lot of great L-Pull Ups performed today but for those unable to complete this higher level movement as RX’d we had several adaptive options available so that one way or another everyone got through it safely and no one missed out on a workout.
Today was certainly Sandman’s day as he destroyed this WOD but there were lots of great L-Pull Ups on display. Good work everyone who managed to RX it: Doc Disc, Sandman, The Law, Super Mario, Bruiser, Mr. Fantastic!
