Today’s CrossFit WOD started and finished with 1000m Row and between those rows were 100 Back Extensions and 80 Glute-Ham Sit Ups.  Like most Vasncouver CrossFit’s our Dunbar Street gym does not have enough GHDs for everyone in class to use them at once so athletes were also encouraged to substitute with kettlebell curl ups and V-Sit Ups.  As a result almost everyone RX’d this WOD but no one was faster than Quicksilver who was the only person to finish under 19 minutes!
BFG, Hard Rock & Bruiser all managed to get done under 20 minutes which is also impressive.
