Woke to 4:15am alarm (0pts).  After breakfast walked to work (-1pt) in the mild Vancouver morning predawn.

Group classes faced  a deadlift pyramid.  My CrossFit WOD:

15min AMRAP
10 Bench Press @bodyweight
20 T2B
30 Hip Extensions

Loaded the bar to 205# which for me shouldn’t be too heavy.  But it was.  Did each round in 3 sets.  Not feeling tired or sore but all my performances this week have been uninspired.  5 reps away from finishing the 3 round.  Score 2+55 (-1pt).

Busy day and productive as we work on implementing many of our Town Hall meeting ideas.

In the afternoon The Touch came in to do the Oly Lifting Total while Makenna and I did our play WOD. In between lifts & gymnastics stunts we continued our meeting from Monday planning gymnastics & weightlifting programs.

At 7pm I checked and no one was booked for 8pm class.  Ate dinner, finished up some work waiting until 7:30pm.  Still no sign ups so I packed up, locked up & headed home.  A sunny walk up Dunbar (-2pts).  Stopped at library to pick up a book on hold for me.

Sunghee & Kaelin still out so after getting ready for bed watched a program recommended by Big Boss on Netflix.  Got an unexpected and very welcome phone call.  Sunghee & Kaelin arrived at 10pm but weren’t in bed until almost 11pm.  So tired!
