Woke at 5:30am unable to sleep in (0pts).  Nasty headache.  Got some work done early.  Took Kaelin to school (-2pts) then Sunghee & I walked to the track for our CrossFit WOD.

6x400m Run

Back to the sucky asphalt track with an aching head.  Nothing for it but to run.  None of my runs were my fastest but all 6 were lower than my previous average so that my overall average by the end of it was 1:32 a huge 10 second personal best! (-2pts)

Walked home.  Short nap.

Headed out to meet fellow CrossFit owner who is burnt out on coaching and wants to sell.  Caught the bus at Dunbar & 41st enjoying the lovely Vancouver weather.  We talked a long time.  I feel selling is a bad option for him because I feel what he needs is just a few months respite to recharge.  He is an excellent coach and has no other substantial plans once he is not coaching.

It was a good discussion.  Will bring in the big guns for our next meeting: Big Boss!

Headed home to Sunghee & Kaelin.  Took a break for Daredevil & dinner then more work.  A busy day.

Went to bed usual time but rather wired.  Stayed up & talked.  Then a bad burning smell again.  Sunghee suspects Southlands.  Very likely.  Smells much like the burning in Langley farm country every spring & fall.  Hard to breath!
