Woke 4am a quarter hour before my alarm (0pts). Breakfast & out the door. Walked up Dunbar to work (-1pt).
Today was fun as the CrossFit Group Classes were challenged to the Olympic Lifting Total. Mr. Fantastic, Dr. T & Big Boss all scored over 300#. Taskmaster had the biggest score for the women @165 with FeProf & G-Money just behind at 140#.
Maybe it is the hot Vancouver weather but attendance was light today. But I was very busy!

Must have forgotten to hit record because my camera did not have any footage this morning. Too bad. Today I finished at 15:15 which is faster than my previous 2 attempts (-1pt).
A great way to finish the month! This week started out rough but finished up strong and now I have 2 days off to rest before hitting the first June WOD on Monday.
May was a good month for me with many personal bests:)
Sunghee on set in Squamish so after the noon class I walked home (-2pts) stopping at Dunbar Produce & Dunbar Library. At home had a few short minutes to complete yesterday’s blog before fetch Kaelin from school (-2pts).
We were home briefly then walked him over to Big Boss’ so he could hang out while I coached evening classes. Walked to work from there (-2pts).
Quiet evening classes then Team Savage for Fundamentals. A good evening but tired, famished and sticky with sweat by day’s end. Walked back to Big Boss’ to get Kaelin then we walked home (-2pts).
Stopped at IGA on the way time for me to carb up in a big way. It was 9pm when we got home but we watched Brooklyn Nine Nine and stuffed our faces. Didn’t get to bed until about 11pm. Sunghee got home shortly after. Glad to sleep in next 2 days:)
It has been a busy AND productive couple weeks and I am burned out. With The Touch covering days I feel I’ve had much more energy to get things done building the business and we’re getting some great forward momentum! Beginning of this year I was burnt out after 2 years of working non-stop. Business downturns in February & March are all on me. I was just too exhausted to keep up the momentum. Though I have been fairly busy on my days off at least I can sleep in and see my family. And with The Touch’s positive energy & fresh ideas we make a good team. I am excited for what we are building.
