Slept in until 6am (-2pts). Rose, did a bit of work. Breakfast. Then walked to work enjoying a bright Vancouver morning (-2pts)!
Coached the bust morning classes through CrossFit Regionals 2015 Event #6.
After that took Team Lovebird through their graduating day.
Then Sunghee joined me for a WOD:

I planned to start at 50% of my 1rpm but it felt too heavy so I lightened the load. After yesterday’s WOD I felt I could take it a bit easy today and just stay healthy.

I think I scaled it right, by the final set of 10 I was exhausted. A full 2-hour WOD (-4pts)
We made a stop at Dunbar Produce on the way home them Sunghee packed a picnic while I finished my work. We drove to the beach and walked along until we found a quiet spot in between fishermen. We sat & ate and enjoyed the lovely weather & scenery. Sun (-2pts) Walking (-2pts)
Back home we tried watching a movie but Sunghee fell quickly asleep. If you can’t beat them, join them. Not sleepy but decided to turn in for an early sleep and to my surprise I was quickly in dreamland too!
