Slept in until 6am (-2pts) Got a bit of work done, a bit of breakfasts then walked to work through an overcast Vancouver morning (-2pts).
Coached the morning classes through CrossFit Regionals 2015 Event #7.
Afterwards Sunghee joined me for benchmark WOD Jackie

I was determined to beat my previous best of 7:45 and felt it was within my capacity. The row went as planned finished at 3:35. My first 25 thrusters were tough but then I grew comfortable. I should not have let myself get comfortable. Had I set up the digital timer I would have known to push harder. It was 7:00 when I got to the pull up bar. My pull ups are not strong enough to get done 30 reps in 45 seconds. It was 8:21 when I finished. It was tough but I was not destroyed as I needed to be to set a PB. (-1pt)
Sunghee & I walked home along Dunbar (-2pts)
After a shower we took a nap.
In the evening we drove to Mellow & Taskmasters to get together for dinner
with friends. Sat outside eating & talking (-4pts).
Returned home around 9pm and into bed by 10pm
