Not a great sleep.  Woke early (0pts).  On the upside, I did get a head start on my day’s work.

After breakfast walked up Dunbar to clear skies (-2pt).

Set up a fun WOD for the CrossFit Group Classes.  Perfect day for it!

Between classes I headed to the track for the 10x100m Sprint.

Ran on the grass.  Uneven and a bit dangerous but forced me to slow down a bit and not exceed 80% which really is the goal for a 10 round repeat.  I averaged 16.85 seconds.

Lots of sunshine & walking in the sun.  (-6pts)

After classes I went out to meet up with my Mom and she took me to East is East for my belated bday lunch.  Very satisfying!

Then the afternoon was almost gone, drove her home, went back to pick up Sunghee & we headed to West Vancouver Horseshoe Bay to pick up Kaelin from the ferry and his weekend away at cadet training.  He was exhausted!

Returned home my body stiff from all the time in the car and realized that I forgot to add points Friday for sitting in the car, that will change my score.  Today I earned +5pts for sitting in the car:(  Sitting is a bitch!

Kaelin & I watched an episode of Daredevil on Netflix before bed.

I crammed as much food into me as I could replenishing glycogen stores.

We were in bed by 9pm
