Some CrossFit WODs are tougher than others. Following on the heels of yesterday’s grueling run-burpee WOD this triplet was a nasty. At least the Vancouver weather cooperated, mild yesterday while we ran laps around Dunbar Street, chilly and rainy today when we could stay inside to row.
The WOD was all grip & lats with 3 rounds of:
