Today’s CrossFit WOD was a real lung burner.  5 rounds of rowing, thrusters and T2B!

The heat to watch was Dangers-Sandman-Dr. T.  All 3 RX’d and going full out trying to best each other.  It was a good one.  But Magnum, in typical Magnum fashion came in late in the day to best them all and set the day’s top time.  Imagine how fast he will be once he learns to kip the T2B!

It was a big WOD but lots of folks stepped up to do this RX’d including Yeti, Motor, G-Money, Mr. Fantastic & Super Mario!

Great work on that!  For the smaller athletes the thrusters at 45# were the challenge, for bigger athletes the T2B were the limiting factor.
