This Saturday, we have a triplet of running, squats, and push presses. For those of you on zoom, you can do push presses using a barbell, a pair of dumbbells, a pair of kettlebells, or an odd object.
Warm up:
2 rounds, 1 min each:
- Full body rock
- Hip Swings
- Shoulder pass throughs
- Samson Lunges
- Skipping
- Squat hold
Tech:
- Squat
- Push Presses
WOD
3 rounds for time:
- Run 400 m
- 30 Squats
- 20 Push Presses (75/115 lb)
Cool Down
- Calf drops
- Shoulder rotations
- Dragon pose/Pigeon Pose
- Shoulder Pull Overs
