This Saturday, we have a triplet of running, squats, and push presses. For those of you on zoom, you can do push presses using a barbell, a pair of dumbbells, a pair of kettlebells, or an odd object.

Warm up:
2 rounds, 1 min each:
  • Full body rock
  • Hip Swings
  • Shoulder pass throughs
  • Samson Lunges
  • Skipping
  • Squat hold
Tech:
  • Squat
  • Push Presses
WOD
3 rounds for time:
  • Run 400 m
  • 30 Squats
  • 20 Push Presses (75/115 lb)
Cool Down
  • Calf drops
  • Shoulder rotations
  • Dragon pose/Pigeon Pose
  • Shoulder Pull Overs
