Was up before the alarm.  Ate breakfast.  Enjoyed a sunny Vancouver morning as I traveled up Dunbar.

Coached the 8am class then we met for the commencement of the 21-Day Real Food Challenge.  Lots of great questions.  I’m really excited for it.

After the 10am class it was time for me to do CrossFit 2015 Regionals Event #4

250ft Handstand Walk
Minimum 10ft increments

So this is my 6th consecutive training day without a break.  There is a method to my madness though.  Time cap on this one was 3 minutes.  Ha!  More like 58 minutes for me.  So many times I made it 9.5 feet before losing balance.  It was daunting.  Was not sure I could get through it.  My wrists and shoulders got so tired.  But I managed 25 sets of 10 feet and felt very pleased with myself.  RX’d baby!

Coached Team Savage and then the 2pm class then hurried to get some work caught up.  Finaly I walked home.

Exhausted.  A productive week but I pushed really hard.  Now I just needed rest.  But wait!  I had to head out and pick up some things.  Ran errands and returned home at 8pm feeling I really needed some downtime.  So I stayed up late to watch a movie.  Alone.  Sunghee & Kaelin had no interest.  I watched Pitch Perfect on Netflix.  A teenage girl’s film for sure.  All dance numbers and acapella.  I liked it.

Now there may be some tempted to tease about my taste in movies but before you do so to my face please recall I weigh in at 200lbs, hold a second degree black belt in Judo and can clean & jerk 255#.  I might even consider watching Pitch Perfect 2.  Got something to say about that?

After 6 consecutive training days I felt depleted and tried to really carb up.

10:30pm crawled into bed.

Point Total:
