As CrossFit athletes we tend to be very driven and competitive and focused on scores. But the split jerk is very technical and requires a great deal of practice in order to execute well so this Vancouver day on Dunbar Street we took time to really break it down. We paid less attention to load and more attention to the details. As a result we saw some very good lifts.
I didn’t keep track of who lifted what but there were some personal bests. I believe Thunder topped the women with 130# and Dangers for the men with 185# but there were other bests as well. More importantly, people moved well!
