If you are in the gym or joining us on zoom any of the workouts below are great options and if none of them peak your interest you could also work on developing a skill. I really enjoyed this cycle of workouts. Even though I did all of Martin not realizing it was a partner workout (oops). That is why it pays to read carefully.

Come in prepared to do something your future self will thank you for. I have been thinking about this a lot recently, and this has made it easier to challenge myself and make it through those tough days. Sometimes the weeks are feeling long right now. But I know a year from now I will just be glad I continued the journey and all the challenges right now will feel like a distant memory. Because we will be lucky enough to have new challenges to face.
