A double dose of Tabata squats & deadlifts. That’s what was on the menu for today’s CrossFit WOD. Personally love the leg destroying Tabata squat. Not a fan of Tabata deadlifts. We approached these with care and caution. It was a busy morning in Dunbar Street with almost full classes.
Springs was out to celebrate his birthday.
