In this video CrossFit founder, Coach Greg Glassman explains the importance of training the midline aka core. While we have the benefit of two GHD developers here on Dunbar Street, Glassman comments that many CrossFits to their detriment have not equipped themselves with these expensive, space-dominating pieces of equipment and that many boxes with GHD developers rarely use them.
