At CrossFit Vancouver we had over 500 members training but rarely did we see the Personal Best board as full as it is here on Dunbar Street these past few months. August was impressive, September was better. October was as great as September. As a coach I somehow expected the momentum to slow in November but as you can see, it did not. I am thrilled to be wrong. Obviously I should set my expectations higher because you totally rock!
Here are the amazing feats I was able to decipher this month:
The Touch: 1/8th of the board. Too many big bests to even list!
Dangers: ditto (though he writes smaller so takes up less space)
Thunder: some big split jerks, box jumps & double unders!
Peril: Excellent snatch!
Sprite: A whole bunch of big lifts
Fast Trak: C2B Pull Ups & DUs!
Makmama: got partially erased:(
AquaGirl: Rope Climb & Ring Dips!
Bruiser: Crushed Mary & Tabata Something Else
Blossom: 4 double unders!
Smash: Some big lifts
Shine: 30 DUs, Push Ups, C2B Pull Ups and some stuff too small to read
G-Money: something too small to read:(
Mr. Fantastic: Big snatch!
Mongoose: 1st DUs
Still Waters: 5 HSPU!!!
FeProf: C&J and Snatch bests
Doc Disc: Records in OHS, Cindy & Tabata Something Else
Bat Girl: 2xPull Ups
Minion: backward DU & Snatch
PomPom: Snatch & C&J
HeeHee: Snatch
Sandman: C&J
Big Cat: All sorts of lifting bests!
And there were a few names too small to decipher.
Keep up the great work! Keep those personal bests coming.
My only request: write them bigger!
