Meet Lucy, Empower's June Dog of the Month 🌟 This regal pup belongs to long-time Empower Members Magnum (2015) and his children, son Upgrade and daughter 3.0. Lucy is a beauty! Read her story below!

Hi there!

It’s Ella here (AKA 3.0),

This is my dog Lucy, she’s 11 years old, a black lab and we got her from a breeder. Her birthday is Valentine’s Day and she still has a lot of youth in her, despite her age.

We take her to the gym every once and a while, because she loves to get pats from all of the CrossFitters.

Her role in our health an fitness is that she loves a good walk in the UBC forest, giving us some time in nature too.

Some random fun facts about her are that she loves bananas, will devour anything of organic origin, and is afraid of ironing boards.
