1-mile Run
This Saturday, you'll be taking on a challenging 1-mile run.
It's a straightforward yet intense monostructural workout, designed to be an all-out effort. Because the run is relatively short, we'll focus on a thorough warm-up during the group classes to ensure you're fully prepared to give your best performance.

Warm up and Tech
2 rounds, 1 min each:
- Hips swings forward/backward
- Hip swings side to side
- Hip opener
- Arm circles
- Calf raises
Then, dynamic warm-up, 50 ft each
- Hamstring scoops
- High knees
- Butt kicks
- Forward skipping
- Frog jumps
- Walking lunges
- Side shuffle (both directions)
- Karaoke drill (both directions)
Then
- 200-m jog
