Big news: Empower is now an official HYROX Training Club.
That means we now offer HYROX-specific training, host special HYROX events, and have access to early-bird race tickets for upcoming HYROX competitions.
Most importantly, it means you now have another exciting way to train with purpose, challenge yourself, and build real-world fitness right here at Empower.
What Is HYROX?
HYROX is one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world.
The format combines running with functional fitness movements such as rowing, sled pushes, sled pulls, lunges, wall balls, and more. Every race follows the same structure, allowing participants to compare performances across events and even compete on global leaderboards.
But you don't have to sign up for a race to benefit from HYROX training.
At its core, HYROX is simply a fun, effective, and measurable way to improve your fitness.
It builds strength, endurance, stamina, and mental toughness while giving your workouts a clear purpose and direction.

HYROX Training Starts Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
To celebrate becoming an official HYROX Training Club, we're launching a dedicated HYROX class every Wednesday at 7:00 PM, starting next week, June 3.
The class is open to both Empower members and non-members. It's free for Empower CrossFit group members. 5-class and 10-class HYROX training passes are available for purchase for non-members.
Whether you're training for an upcoming race, curious about what HYROX is all about, or simply looking for a challenging and enjoyable workout, this class is for you.
Each session will focus on developing the skills, strength, conditioning, and race strategies that make HYROX unique.
Learn From Certified HYROX Coaches
Our coaching team includes certified HYROX Coaches who have completed official HYROX education and training.
They'll help you improve your technique, build confidence, develop a race strategy if you're competing, and make sure you're progressing safely and effectively.
No matter your current fitness level, our coaches can help you get the most out of your training.

This is just the beginning.
As an official HYROX Training Club, we'll be hosting special HYROX-themed events, preparing athletes for upcoming races, and creating opportunities for members to challenge themselves in new ways. We also have plans to expand our HYROX training sessions to new days and times.
