Thought of the Day

As we approach the New Year, with Christmas just a day away, I find myself reflecting on the past year and looking forward to the opportunities 2025 will bring. I’m deeply grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey, through both the good times and challenges. I’m thankful for the fitness and training that kept me on track and for the lessons learned along the way. Despite the ups and downs, I’m excited about the chance to continue growing and moving closer to the person I strive to become in the coming year.

You still have eight training opportunities before the end of 2024. As you balance fitness with family time and holiday parties, take a moment to reflect on the past year. What wins and challenges did you overcome? How will these set you up for success in 2025? It’s a journey taken one day at a time, and having a clear sense of direction will help guide you through the next twelve months.

We’re here to support your fitness journey and cheer you on as you tackle the things that matter most to you, both personally and professionally. Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones from Leon and the Empower team.
