Hanging out on Saturday!
Saturday Workout
This Saturday you will spend some time just hanging around, literally. The challenge today is grip strength. The longer you can hold onto the bar, the less sets of Double Unders and V-ups you will have to do. This workout will be capped at 20 minutes. Your challenge will be to complete a 6 min bar hang. The seconds and minutes will be accumulated. Each time you drop off the bar, you will complete 100 Double Unders and 30 V-ups.

6 min Accumulated Pull-up Bar Hang
When you drop complete:
100 Double Unders
30 V-Ups
