Rise to the Challenge: Embrace Growth and New Beginnings in 2025

"There is always a new challenge to keep you motivated." – Sean Connery

Continuous improvement

Thought of the Day

Challenging yourself in new and meaningful ways is essential for growth. This could mean exploring different scaling options, testing new movements, or setting fresh fitness or life goals for 2025. My personal challenge is returning to judo competition after 15 years. Despite my Jiu Jitsu training, the transition has been harder than expected, leaving my body surprisingly sore. However, this soreness brings a beginner-like excitement for training again. What excites you and motivates you to prioritize your health and fitness?

If we’re not pushed, it’s easy to settle into the status quo, avoiding growth and new opportunities. At Empower, we challenge you to grow. How will you apply this lesson to your personal life in the coming year? Whether in fitness or life, we must create opportunities for growth. Share your goals with your coach—we’re here to cheer you on and support you through all the ups and downs.

2025 isn’t about becoming a “new you” but about embracing new opportunities and challenges. Stay humble, and approach these opportunities with a willingness to learn from the lessons they bring.

This is your call to action: take on a new challenge. Whether it’s a fitness goal, a new movement, or a significant life ambition, we’re here to support you as you rise to meet new opportunities.
