The workout for Saturday, June 21
Today we will be working in teams of 3 relay race style. There will be a pit crew element to the WOD with the non-working partners loading the barbell for the active athlete. Come ready to play and have fun!
Warm Up
9 min AMRAP
A. 10 cal Row
B. Box Step Ups
C. Bradford Presses
WOD
In teams of 3 relay style (partner A completes round 1, partner B completes round 2, partner C completes round 3 and so on)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
15 cal row
10 box jumps
5 Push Jerk
Score = PJ reps x load used
One barbell per team but teams can change load as needed.
