It's make-up day today. Make-up days are an excellent opportunity for you to catch up on a workout you missed, work on a skill you’ve been wanting to improve, or get in some extra movement. 

Saturday's WOD

Front squat 10-10-10-10-10 reps

Friday's WOD

3-5 rounds for time of:

115-lb. hang power clean and jerks, 12 reps

115-lb. thrusters, 9 reps

115-lb. power snatches, 6 reps

Thursday's WOD

Deadlift 10-10-10-10-10 reps
