Today is a heavy day 5 x 5 front squats. Experienced athletes should build to a heavy set of 5 and plan to go as heavy as possible across all sets. Newer athletes should start light, focus on mechanics, and slowly add weight as they are comfortable.
Today’s workout is quick and to the point. With the complementary movement functions and the small amount of reps in each set, you should be able to move through a single round in 90 seconds or less.
Today’s workout is a longer effort. Find a pace on the bike you can maintain — avoid coming out hot on the bike and seeing your pace fall off.
