It's make-up day today. Make-up days are an excellent opportunity for you to catch up on a workout you missed.
The back squat should be a staple in every strength and conditioning program.
We have another choose your own adventure today. We have many to choose from. If you have not been in the gym, you can do any one from the last 3 days.
Today's workout is 5 x 5 overhead squats. Before starting the workout we will spend time practicing the snatch and the overhead squat.
