9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
54 double-unders
Men use 135 lb., women use 105 lb.
Select a load that allows you to complete the snatches unbroken when fresh. For large classes, coaches may have to run 2 heats.

Work up to a max in both lifts. Score the sum of your heaviest snatch + your heaviest C&J.
