Make Up Day

1) HeroWOD Scooter
On a 35-minute clock with a partner:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
30 double-unders
15 pull-ups
15 push-ups
100-meter sprint

2) 5 rounds for time of:
50ft Dbl DB OH lunges @15/25lbs
21 burpees

This is a great day to team up and split the work equitably tag team style. If you and your partner do not have triple unders, double up on the double unders.
