Well, Hello Annie with a Twist
Hello Saturday morning athletes!
Saturday morning is based on the Benchmark Annie of Double Unders and Situps. This workout will step up the skill on both movements. The DU crossovers will be a fun challenge for those who have mastered their DU's. For those who haven't it's an excellent opportunity to practice, practice, practice!
The timeliness of finishing off the month with T2B is perfect. Those who have been practicing all month long, this is your time to shine!
This workout could take anywhere from 6-8 minutes up to 15 so be prepared for some surprise finishers added on at the end in addition to cooldown.
