This Saturday, get ready to take on an interval running workout designed to push your limits and test your endurance.
Today's workout is a Tabata combo. Four movements are involved. The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There are some great mix out there. Just follow the beat.
This Saturday, you'll face the benchmark workout: the 2K row. For the veterans among us, this is a familiar challenge we've tackled many times before.
