Saturday Make-up Day

This Saturday will be another Make-up Day, providing you with the opportunity to catch up on a workout you missed in the last three days, develop a skill or dedicate 40 minutes to SLIPS. If you are joining us on Zoom, kindly review the options below and arrive with a plan in mind.

1-CrossFit Open WOD 25.1

15 min AMRAP

-3 Lateral Burpee Over Dumbbells*
-3 Single Dumbbell Hang Clean 2 Overhead* @35/50 #
-2 x 15 ft walking lunges

*Every Round Add 3 Burpees and 3 Hang Clean 2 Overheads


2- The Other Total:

   - Clean 1 RPM
   - Floor press 1 RPM
   - Overhead squat 1 RPM 

3- For time
  - 1000 m row
  - 400 m DB farmers carry @35/50#
  - 200 ft handstand walk
  - 100 m DB front-rack lunges

4- 40 mins of SLIPS
