
350m Run and 50m Walking Lunges

Savitar here. Tomorrow's workout will be a fun and simple workout that gets us outside on a lovely sunny holiday weekend.
When doing the lunges focus on gently touching your back knee down to the ground to protect them from the pavement. However, if you have knee pads it would be a great day to bring them.
I went into this workout with legs like lead from this week's exertions but it was surprisingly fun and enabled me to loosen up as I went round. The run is short so you can push it (certainly more than I did!). Be careful to remember good form on the lunges. But don't worry, I'll be there to coach you every step of the way!
