School is almost out, summer is coming up fast. What fitness activities are you kids doing this summer?

Teen Weightlifting: This 8 week program on Tuesday afternoons is an excellent way to either get started on learning to lift or a chance to focus on lifting specifically. For more information click TEENLIFT

If you have a child who is looking for a sport, our high performance training program can train you to compete in a CrossFit Teen competition. This is an amazing experience to participate in and it develops not only a well rounded athlete but increases confidence and self-esteem.

This Thursday you will be taking on “Randy”. This fast paced bar cycling workout is capped at 10 minutes and you should be able to perform at least 10 unbroken reps every time you pick up the bar.
