At Empower Every Body, our CrossFit group classes are designed for adults who want to build strength, stay active, and train for the long term — without feeling rushed, judged, or left behind.

CrossFit at Empower isn’t about keeping up. It’s about showing up.

Whether you’re returning to fitness after time away, managing old injuries, or an experienced CrossFitter looking for better coaching and consistency, our coaches meet you exactly where you are. Movements and intensity are always adapted so you can train safely, confidently, and at a pace that fits your body and your goals.

Located in Vancouver, Empower serves members from Point Grey, Kitsilano, and across the West Side.

Who Our CrossFit Group Classes Are For

Our group classes are a great fit if you:

  • Want to stay strong, mobile, and capable (we specialize in coaching athletes aged 40+)

  • Have previous CrossFit experience or a solid fitness foundation

  • Want expert coaching with clear scaling options

  • Prefer smaller classes with real personal attention

CrossFit Group Classes are reserved for Empower members with previous CrossFit experience or those who have built a strong foundation by completing our beginner curriculum.

Your membership includes more than just group workouts:

  • Unlimited CrossFit group classes

  • One monthly one-on-one personal training session to refine technique and stay on track

  • Optional Zoom class access for travel or training from home

  • A 30-minute Zoom Nutrition Kickstart session to support your training

  • Strong class availability with easy booking — no need to plan weeks ahead

If you’re curious about CrossFit but don’t yet have a strong foundation, we recommend starting with Fast Track to Fitness — our beginner program designed to teach core movements, build confidence, and prepare you for group classes.

Fast Track includes one-to-one coaching, hands-on skill development, and a supportive pace so you can train safely and effectively from day one.

Train From Anywhere With Zoom Group Classes

Our Zoom-Only CrossFit Group Class Membership is ideal if you:

  • Live outside Vancouver

  • Travel frequently for work

  • Want to train from home while following our in-gym programming

You’ll train alongside our in-gym classes in real time, with workout details shared in advance and clear guidance on how to modify sessions based on your equipment and experience level.

Some familiarity with CrossFit is recommended. If you’re new, we suggest starting with Fast Track to Fitness or a few personal training sessions first.
